The room was airy & brand-new on a pictures. Handy central location not far from wembly stadium and the tube station and shops and restaurants. Also, there was Kenwood House, set within 10 minutes drive.

I was happy, the suite I booked came with excellent location for transport into London, TV, as for instance. The hotel has peaceful location close enough to the underground, places to eat and shops restaurants. The service was friendly during my stay.

If you're a fan of delicious local eats, you're in luck! Just a stone's throw away you have gems like Taisho with its killer sushi, and Met Su Yan serving up some divine vegan dishes that had my taste buds dancing. Plus, the staff really made the effort to ensure we were comfortable while we were there.
On the flip side, the heat in our room was a right bother, and those thin walls meant I could hear every late-night shenanigan from the guests outside. For over £100 a night, the room definitely didn't live up to the dreamy pictures on their site.

The hotel is located at 5 min from the underground - 20 min from center of London
Room was quite large but very dirty and dusty : shower tap was broken ; shower was moldy ; carpet has not been cleaned since a very long time ... be careful if you are allergic to dust !! - hotel employees didn't seem to care about anything

Consider exploring local cafes just a short walk away for unique dining options that might not be on the hotel menu.

Good location for shops, tube station , restaurants and cafe bars.Free parking.
Stagnating budget hotel that caters for first and last time guests. A little attention to detail with cash injection from the management/owners and the hotel would move from 2 to 3*, and guests would return again. Our room was large but rather tired, but there is no excuse for excessive black mould in the bathroom, broken shower holder and no sink plug before the room is occupied by guests.
